Grandma made Charlie two new hats. I thought they turned out very cute. Charlie was in a funny mood and we got lots of cute pictures of her being silly.

Uncle Squirrel is home!
Uncle Squirrel moved back home a couple of weeks ago. It has been really nice getting to see him and Charlie hang out and play. Now we just have to find a way to get Bear and Uncle David home too....
Great-Grandma Cowley
Charlie's Great-Grandma Cowley, Great Aunt Susie, Pop, and DeDe came over for dinner last night. We had a great time hanging out and talking. Charlie entertained everyone when she tried to keep herself awake by "talking" while bouncing on Susie's knee. She was nodding off and determined to stay awake but finally gave in and fell sleep.

Mission Impossible
I have been taking a picture of Charlie every month on the 11th. This month I was really late getting the picture. Anywho, as I've mentioned in previous posts Charlie is becoming a wiggle worm. These three pictures were taken in about 30 seconds. She was off and rolling in a hurry!
A First for Me
I recently learned to smock. This bubble suit is my first smocking project. My mom did all of the sewing. Charlie wasn't in a picture taking mood, so didn't get many good shots.

Sunday School Outing
Our Sunday School class went to lunch a couple of Sundays ago. There have been several babies added to our class in the past year or so, and several of them got to come to lunch. Charlie got to sit next to Teri. I met Teri a few years ago through the church. She is very sweet and has become a close friend of the family. Since she is a fan of Charlie's blog I thought it would be fitting to include a picture of her and Charlie. :)

Lunch with Grandma
Grandma came to Decatur Wednesday, and we ran some errands with her. Thought they looked sweet at lunch so I took a few pictures.

Another First...
Last week Charlie ate rice cereal with a spoon for the first time! She wasn't sure about this spoon thing. She preferred to just lick the cereal out of the spoon. She made a mess, but I think she enjoyed her first "meal".
LOL
It is not easy to get Charlie to laugh. She will smile at just about anything, but laughing is another story. I break a sweat dancing around trying to get a giggle. Luckily, last night she was in a laughing mood, so I was able to catch her on video without having to get my dance moves on there too.

Cream of the Crop
We went for a walk on Grandma and Grandpa's farm the other day to look at Uncle Michael's garden. Charlie picked a cherry off the cherry tree. This was the first time she picked something that was grown on the farm. I'm sure by the end of the summer she will be eating some of the fruits and vegetables Uncle Michael has grown.
ATTACK!
Charlie likes to "attack" her hand. Sometimes she will open her mouth really wide, shake her head from side to side, and then throw her fist in her mouth. She was having some tummy time and we got a picture sequence. She looks so funny in the middle of the attack that I couldn't pass up posting it!
Times they are a changin'
Charlie has been changing so much lately! She is rolling all over the place, holding her head up very well, learning to sit up, trying to "stand" in our laps... She is moving a lot! She has gone from just wanting to cuddle most of the time to a ball of energy. Here are a some recent pictures of Charlie.
Pampered :)
Babies have the life! Not only does someone fix their food, feed them, bathe them, etc. They get to sleep all they want and someone changes their diaper when they go to the bathroom. People cheer for you when you roll over and tell you how cute you are all the time. Charlie even has a bathrobe! Must be nice living the high life! :)
